Holandsko – Holland Casino vyzvalo, aby odstránilo odkazy na svoje kamenné kasína z webovej stránky s online hrami

Dutch casino operator Holland Casino has been told by its regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA) to remove information promoting the locations of its land-based casinos from its online gambling website.
The KSA deemed that due to the click-through links taking visitors to information about the operator’s physical casinos across the country the editorial should be classed as adverts.
It said this was a breach of Article 4.2, paragraph 5, of the Dutch Remote Games of Chance Decree, that states an online licence holder may not place adverts on websites for services and goods other than those for which the licence was approved for that particular website.
KSA was unable to publish details of the ruling until now due to the appeals process. Holland Casino has said thought that it accepts the ruling and has removed the links.
